Scratch Heroes was founded from the success of our sister company, GleamPro. To us, it was an obvious expansion, as many of the vehicles that passed through our workshops would require intensive detailing, resulting from poorly carried out SMART repairs.

SMART repair stands for "Small, Medium Area Repair Technology". It's a process of repair to a small area of your vehicle without the need or expense of replacing a whole panel or blending (painting) adjacent panels of the vehicle. 

With the  use of specialist dent repair tools, minor dents are reshaped. The area is then treated, a high quality and flexible filler is then applied and prepared in readiness for the painting process. 

The cost of a repair depends on both the size and location of the damaged area. Our technicians will confirm procedures and costs prior any work commencing. Although, our SMART repairs are often cheaper than most insurance excesses.

With our industry leading paint scanner, our technicians are able to accurately match even the oldest and faded of paint colours.

We recommend at least 7 days before washing your vehicle, following any SMART repairs, as any newly applied paint needs time to fully cure before washing or scrubbing the repaired area.
