Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions
  • “Company” refers to Scratch Heroes Ltd.
  • “Customer” refers to the individual or entity receiving services from the Company.
  • “Services” refer to car body repair services provided by the Company.
  • “Estimate” refers to the preliminary quote provided to the Customer.
2. Booking and Acceptance of Work
  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing or via authorized booking channels.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse any booking at its discretion.
  • The Customer agrees to provide accurate information regarding their vehicle.
  • The Customer will be notified of an agreed vehicle drop-off time. The Company reserves the right to refuse vehicles delivered earlier or later than the agreed time without prior written consent, and may reschedule the booking at its convenience.
3. Quotes and Estimates
  • Estimates are provided based on initial inspection and are subject to change if additional work is required.
  • Final charges may differ from the estimate if unforeseen damages are discovered during repairs.
4. Payment Terms
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
  • The Customer agrees to pay all fees, charges, and applicable taxes.
  • In case of non-payment, the Company reserves the right to withhold delivery of the vehicle and pursue legal action.
  • Where a refund is agreed, the Company reserves up to 30 days to process the refund.
5. Vehicle Drop-Off and Collection
  • The Customer shall deliver the vehicle in a clean condition and remove any personal belongings.
  • The Company is not responsible for any damage or loss to personal items left in the vehicle.
6. Completion and Delay
  • The Company aims to complete repairs within the estimated timeframe but is not liable for delays caused by external factors.
  • The Customer will be notified of any significant delays.
7. Protection of Vehicle
  • The Company shall take reasonable care of the vehicle during repairs.
  • The Company is not responsible for pre-existing damages or loss.
8. Liability
  • The Company’s liability is limited to the cost of repairs.
  • The Customer acknowledges that repairs have inherent risks and accepts these risks.
9. Warranties
  • The Company guarantees its workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of completion.
  • Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents after repair, or third-party repairs.
10. Cancellation
  • Cancellations made before work begins will incur no charge.
  • Cancellations after work begins may be subject to a cancellation fee.
11. Governing Law
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales.
12. Amendments
  • Scratch Heroes Ltd. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
